Heinz Herenz Medizinalbedarf GmbH is an internationally active family-owned company specializing in medical
and laboratory supplies. To strengthen our team in the areas of Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs
, we are seeking a dedicated working student (m/f/d). With us, you’ll gain hands-on insights into an exciting,
regulatory-focused work environment with an international scope.

Your tasks

  • Supporting the QM & RA team in their day-to-day operations and ongoing projects
  • Maintenance and Review of Regulatory Documents and Master Data
  • Analysis of ERP Data
  • Analysis of potential AI applications within the department & own ideas for process optimization
  • Digitization of Documentation and Processes
  • Product Line Analyses with Regulatory and Quality Management Implications
  • Literature reviews, market analyses, and translations
  • Other administrative tasks in day-to-day operations

Your profile

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d), e.g., medical technology, regulatory affairs, human medicine, health sciences, or natural sciences, (bio)informatics
  • Some experience with standards, laws, or regulatory requirements—or a willingness to learn
  • Strong aptitude for numbers and data, quick to grasp new concepts
  • A structured, reliable, and independent approach to work
  • Enjoys working as part of a team, has good communication skills
  • Fluent in German, good English; other languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus
  • Interest in quality management, regulatory affairs, digitalization, and AI; some experience with AI is a plus
