Microscope Slide

Microscope slides are small platelets made of glass that have the task of fixing objects that are examined under a microscope, such as blood, urine or tissue samples.

The slides of our premium line are 76 x 26 mm and DIN standardized (DIN ISO 8037/1). The products from the Economy line are almost identical in size, but there may be deviations of ± 0.5mm.

What distinguishes our selection of slides?

We offer a very wide range of slides, so you are sure to find what you are looking for. Within the product lines you will find cut and ground slides.

Cut carriers are preferred in routine microscobia and offer great flexibility.

Ground beams prevent cuts due to the ground edges.

If you want to label and categorize your slides, it is best to choose slides with a frosted edge. In addition, you have the choice between slides with and without cellophane.

Please note :

  • Our slides are washed and ready for immediate use
  • Only suitable for single use
  • Please store dry and cool
  • Avoid major temperature fluctuations during storage and application
  • Strong cooling causes dew point undershooting and thus condensation between the glasses
  • Pay attention to the risk of injury and observe appropriate safety measures, e.g. wearing gloves
