Today, Heinz Herenz Medizinalbedarf GmbH supplies clinics and laboratories in over 110 countries and has made a name for itself worldwide with numerous patents and trademarks.

Due to the sustained successful growth, it is necessary to further expand the sales area. For this purpose we are looking for a Commercial Assistant / Internal Sales (m,f,d) as reinforcement for our team with immediate effect.

Your tasks

  • Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitungsphase und umfassenden Schulungen für Ihren Aufgabenbereich, übernehmen Sie abgestimmte Regionen und Verkaufsgebiete des deutschen Marktes
  • Independent support of important existing customers with focus on a continuous expansion of the market share
  • Sales of all products in our portfolio to existing customers
  • You take over the processing of individual concerns regarding orders, payment processing, delivery and complaints of our German-speaking customers
  • You develop new strategies for your customer portfolio, proactively drive the sales channel and are responsible for the operational implementation of activities with customers

Your profile

  • You have 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the field of clerical / internal sales
  • You can inspire yourself and others and are always a team player – In addition, you have an entrepreneurial understanding and enjoy communicating with decision makers
  • You are a strong communicator, possess negotiation skills and are convincing on the phone – You are willing to perform and success-oriented
  • You have strong analytical skills with your own high quality standards
  • Hands-on mentality and there is no problem you can’t find a solution for
  • Very good written and spoken German skills, as well as a completed commercial training round off your profile
