Your tasks
- Proactive support of the management in operational tasks
- Coordination and organization of appointments, meetings and business trips
- Independent processing of projects and special tasks
- Organization of national and international trade fairs
- Planning and organization of internal team events
- HR management: support with application processes including onboarding new employees
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings, including taking minutes
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, e.g. office communication clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk or completed studies in the field of economics or management
- Several years of professional experience in an assistant function is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German language skills are required
- Confident handling of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and modern communication tools
