About us

For over 75 years, we have been distributing consumables for hospitals, laboratories and numerous medical specialties – in particular products for microbiology, gynaecology and general laboratory requirements. As a globally active wholesaler with our own production facilities, we combine tradition with innovative strength.

Our family-run company based in Hamburg today supplies customers in over 110 countries and is the owner of numerous patents and trademarks.

Due to our continued and sustainable growth, we are looking for a committed person to join our team as Sales Manager DACH (m/f/d) with immediate effect or by arrangement.

Your tasks

  • Support and strategic development of existing customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Acquisition of new business customers in the field of medical consumables and laboratory supplies
  • Creation and implementation of sales strategies to increase turnover
  • Carrying out product presentations and training courses at the customer’s premises or digitally
  • Participation in trade fairs, congresses and industry events
  • Market and competition analysis and derivation of appropriate measures
  • Close cooperation with marketing, product management and internal sales
  • Maintenance of the ERP/CRM system and regular reporting to sales management

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in sales – ideally in the field of medical products, laboratory supplies or comparable products requiring explanation.
  • Strong customer orientation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region
  • Confident handling of MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
  • Class B driver’s license required
  • The ability to work in a team, organizational talent and a confident manner round off the profile
