After more than 35 years, Dieter Cyll and Antje Herenz-Cyll have stepped down from management.<\/p>\n

Laura Cyll and Christoph Cyll are now leading the company into the future together\u2014with fresh ideas and a living tradition.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Dear business partners, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is with great pleasure that we would like to inform you about an important step in our family business: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The planned transition to the third generation is complete. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laura Cyll will also take over as Managing Director in April 2025 – alongside her brother Christoph Cyll, who has been in charge of operations since October 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christoph and Laura Cyll have both been with the company for many years and are very familiar with our values and standards. They are leading the company into the future with fresh impetus, vision and a lot of passion – on the basis of what has always characterized us as a family business: quality, reliability and a personal, partnership-based approach to customers, suppliers and service providers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even though operational responsibility is now being transferred entirely to the next generation, Dieter Cyll and Antje Herenz-Cyll will remain associated with the company as shareholders – and will continue to provide advice and support with their experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On behalf of the entire Herenz\/Cyll family, we would like to express our sincere thanks for the trusting cooperation in the past – and look forward with pride and joy to what is to come. We are convinced that you will work with the new generation just as reliably and respectfully as you have always been used to from us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
